The check-in process was agonizingly slow, causing unnecessary stress. We had to chase down staff just to get a taxi booked. The bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable, and the cramped space from the extra bed made our stay quite uncomfortable.

Accommodating staff, particularly at reception, truly enhanced our stay. The food selection was delightful, ensuring every meal was a treat, led by the impressive Chef Hassam.

Noise from surrounding roosters overshadowed evening relaxation, and the small pool area could get overcrowded quickly, detracting from the overall comfort.

The welcoming staff made a positive impression upon arrival, setting a friendly tone. Unfortunately, chaotic meal times proved stressful, with loud environments leading to an unpleasant dining experience. Despite a decent location, the room suffered from inconsistent water pressure and fluctuating temperatures during showers, detracting from comfort. Bar service was slow, further impacting relaxation during our stay.

Great value for money!

Had a fab time at this spot for 7 nights! The premium double room was super clean and comfy. The poolside snack bar was a hit, especially for quick bites after lounging. There's some noise from outside, but nothing too crazy. Definitely loved the variety in the dining options, but wish the snack bar had more staff during peak times.

Had a blast with my friends! Just an 8-minute walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the refreshing pools. The staff was always helpful, making our stay smooth. We loved the variety of entertainment, from aqua aerobics to karaoke....

Howay, just back from four nights at this spot, and I’ve got to say, the all-inclusive drinks were absolutely bang on! The location was mint, just a short walk from the beach. But, the buffet food was a bit meh, if I’m honest.

Just a decent option for a weekend respite in El Arenal with fantastic value. The staff was very helpful, especially Pedro, who made our late-night snacks really enjoyable. If you need beach access, take the free shuttle bus. it runs every 20 minutes.
